Ikea Jansjo Clamp Light 1" Pegboard Mount

Basic 1" pegboard mount for the Ikea Jansjo clamp light, made after I dropped mine and the clamp broke. Designed in one piece and then sliced. M3 plain nuts are pressed in to the base and M3x15mm cap head machine screws hold it on.

I used plastic trim rivets and 8 x 1/2" pan head screws to attach the base to the pegboard. The part is designed with enough clearance for the head of the rivet, however printer tolerances might mean some minor filing is required. The rivets are expanded by the scr
