box for ramps 1.4 with smart controller

a box for all the electronic for your printer, designed to be set on top of the pc power supply with the smart controller, LCD knob and reset button on front.
design to be used with http://reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Smart_Controller but could do with other ultipanel (with some adjustement for the lcd fitting)
