UPDATE:
I had several filament tanglements with this spool design. Both on a Prusa with a standalone spool holder and an Ultimaker 3 with the integrated spool holder. (it doesnt even fit on the Ultimaker3 without modification from a side cutter). So I would suggest another design. Maybe this Roller version works better (not in use for longer yet) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844605
