Gears for box joint jig

This is a 3D printable bevel gear set that will work in Matthias Wandel's screw advance box joint jig. Wandel offers numerous gear set options in his thorough and very affordable construction plans which are available on woodgears.ca.

The collection I provide includes 12 and 16 teeth axle gears, and 24 and 32 teeth cranking gears.


Cranking_gear + axle_gear = spacing in inches per 1 turn, 2 turns, 3 turns

32 + 16 = 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, ...
24 + 16 = 3/32, 3/16, 9/32, ...
