Anet A8 18mm sensor holder with fan hinge

This is a remix of hadoko's extruder fan mount with a holder for a 18mm inductive sensor. This way you can have the fan hinge for easy access to the extruder and hold the sensor also. Below are the settings I use for the Marlin firmware. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2290361
