Simple triple switch bracket for small boat electronics

Rebuilding the electrics in my boat I designed this as part of my 'bring the wires out into the open away from damp' policy(*), it securely holds three standard boat/car paddle switches (12mm diameter mount) with good access to the terminals. three screwholes on the backplate help attachment, there are even some cable channels, though I do not use them.
