Toilet shutoff valve handle, for ease of use. I made this as a temporary workaround for a running toilet, so an elderly relative of mine can easily cut off the tank from filling, which seems to cause annoying noises at night.

And yes that is my finger in front of the camera, it was a tight place to access, which was one of the reason this design was made.
