Mini Mill X -Y Axis Gib adjusting plate (harbor or littlemachines)

I was bored with the original X -Y Axis Gib adjusting screws, Im sure that Im not the only one that have problems to get a accurately adjust.

I solved the problem with this simple design. The objetive is that the plastic plate keep friction with the screws to prevent that the vibration in the machine cause that the screws rotate. This system is very easy to calibrate, use the same screws but dont need the original nuts.
