Sainsmart 12864 LCD case adjusted for M3

A case for the Sainsmart 12864 controller, based entirely on MiggyMan's template - adjusted for M3 screws all around and modified the lid so the SD card slot is held to a minimal opening.
Minimal adjustments on dimensions for clearance so it fit directly out of the printer without filing / cutting.
