Case holder for 15x15 extrusions & 70mm pitch

Made to mount the Sainsmart case onto my Kossel, which uses Openbeam 15mm extrusions.
One holder has a "bridge" so as to accommodate the cable connecting the LCD screen.
Uses M3 screws.
