I have had great success with the original parts of this extruder but needed a BL Touch mount option and I wanted to update the part cooling fan to surround the nozzle a bit. I grabbed the fan nozzle from the new angled Prusa MK3 part.
The BL Touch is offset 32mm on the X axis.
