IMPROVED Sliding Lid RAMPS 1.4

EDIT; I originally had the slot offset to the wrong side but have since fixed that. I also added tabs to the letters so the loose parts won't fall out.

weeze's post said that he had trouble with the lid and box being too short. It was remixed to accommodate the LCD connectors so I printed it at high res and 20 hours later it was done and still too short..
