These are the upgrade that I have on my D1 pulley version. Please note - designs / ideas aren't mine - I took some existing carriage and modified it to fit, and used somebodies else carriage lock as an inspiration - even I recreated it from the scratch.

Carriage - increased some spacing, remove 1mm from the back, so the belts are parallel to the extrusion now.

Carriage lock (45back.obj) - requires new M5 bolts, about 5mm longer + extra M3 20mm & M3 nut.
