CTC hot end conversion to E3D V6 hot end

I designed a set of brackets to convert the standard duel Ctc extrudes to an E3D v6 hot end with bowden set up.

Assembly, can either be glued together or the uprights can be bolted to the original ctc mounts and the top clamps require 2 M6 bolts and 3 M4 bolts.
