RepRapDiscount LCD Cover and Mount for a DIYTechShop i3x frame (.125" thick, any frame with similar thickness should work). I also made the mounting legs shorter from a previous remix. I opened up the holes to 4mm for clearance of a 3mm or #4-40 screw so you shouldn't have to redrill. Enjoy.
