Underwater Grease/Wax Pencil Version 2

Version 2 of an underwater grease/wax pencil. This is designed to mark laminated forms mounted on a clipboard underwater. The paper on a normal china marker falls off when wet. This marker uses the wax lead from those markers to create an underwater marker. Tested in a cold Alberta lake. Version 2 holds a 90 mm lead.
