DaVinci 1.0A E3D Extruder Backplate - With accessory mount

This is a remix from AndrewT111's design for the E3D Bowden complete conversion. I've only made a few changes. I relocated the cable management loop to the top, raised the circuit board mount, and added a post to mount accessories to. (This will soon be my mounting point for a print cooling fan.)

There is a 6.75mm gap between the other perimeters of the holes, and the holes themselves are 3.25mm diameter. I'll be using plastic screws to attach the accessories.
