T-nut with nut fixation, rottating for 20x20 or 20x40 V-slot aluminum profile (6 mm gap) compliant with original metal T-nut, but adopted for M3 nut.
The different with original is nut fixation.
Please print in the position you see in photos. My print speed was 120 mm/sec. Was Ok!
