VmaxCooling Fan- new design

(this is a work in Progress)This Cooling fan housing is based on the awesome design of the guys at SEEMECNC. I just redesigned it to work with the stock and TRICKLASER effector plates. the File labeled PTCFanMetal is for trickLaser and PTCFanStock is for Stock lol... ( please note that my plate had a tapped hole which i used to secure the cooling fan assembly.) So revisions will be coming after me and my friends do more testing.
