Bondtech Extruder files for M6 pneumatic fittings

The above files were not designed for M6 fittings. So i edited the opening to ensure i could use the common M6 pneumatic fittings for bowden. I fix the mounting holes being closed. I also made an opening for the M3 square nut that needs to be trapped for the tension bolt. Other than that, the files are basically the same.
I have also attached mirrored versions for those that may not want to change the E Motor direction in firmwar
