CR10S5 Keenovo Cable holder

Had problems with the cable of the Keenovo heater snagging the frame and Y motor.
I turned the frame 90degrees so cables pointed towards X axis stepmotor instead and created some canleholders that could use the existing bolt holes.

I put some aluminium foil tape underneath the last cableholder to ensure cable did not scrape and wear out the underside of the Keenovo heater. After I mounted the cableholders I insulated the underside with some 3mm cork with aluminium foil tape on top.
