Extended Ormerod Z-nut trap

Slight modification of the original Z-nut trap for the RepRapPro Ormerod. It is extended downwards to provide more area for the nut to grip in. Particularly useful if using long nuts.

The "B" version is extended a bit downwards to make the upper bolt a "complete hole" and also has even more material around the Z-nut. It should fit if you have at least 2mm clearance between the stock z-nut trap and the stepper motor. This is the recommended one.
