Ormerod X-carriage in OpenScad

This is a re-modelling of the RepRapPro Ormerod X-carriage in OpenScad, to allow it to be more easily modified. It does not include mountings for the original proximity sensor. Also missing are bumps to lock the carriage to the grooves in the linear bearing.
