This is designed as a door hinge on the Monoprice Ultimate Maker or Wanhao D6 but could be used for other light-duty applications. It swings open 180 degrees. For use with M4 socket head cap screws. I've added another file for countersunk head screws.

Prints as one piece so no assembly is required. A .090" spacer is included for use with a plexiglass door of the same thickness.
