Prusa MK2/S to MK3 Noctua fan cover

I was making the MK3 mods to my Prusa MK2 and this changed to a Noctua 40mm fan. Wolfgang's fan cover is for the MK3 and does not work for the MK2/S.

I removed the back side so it will not interfere with the x-carriage and or the x endstop. Simple mod but it matters for those who run a MK2/S.

This stems all the way back to Jure's original Noctua upgrade for he Mk2/S.
