I have been using my 3D printer FlashForge Creator Pro for more than 3 years with ABS and PLA. Recently, I tried to print nylon and PC, so I updated my 3D printer with all metal hot ends. I noticed that my printer has difficulties to heat the extruders to 275 Celsius. To fix this problem, I used high temp Silicone sealant to wrap the Aluminum bloc. This solution definitely improve the heating and temperature stabilization of the extruders.
