Anet A6 LCD 12864 Cover

I recently updated to Ramps 1.6+ and needed a new screen an SD card reader so I bought the RepRapDiscount Full Graphics LCD 12864. I remixed the great cover and screw placement by 3D_print_Pilsen but extended the panel to include a mount for the the A6 like EnumC did for the A8.

Edit: This does stick out the front so you do lose some Z height with the original carriage.
