Wobbles Reducer for Makibox (Z-axis guide)

This is a variant of the "MakiBox Z Wobble Eliminator" from Marcotasm (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:328014) but this variant is :

- Easy to print (less fillets and chamfers)
- Faster to print (less materials)
- No supports needed
- Measures are in mm (not inches)
- Available for 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm and 4.0mm guide rods
