cr-10 spool holder mod for Makerbot filament

The Makerbot 0.9 kg spools are shaped differently than other 1 kg spools of filament, and this weird shape causes the spool to drag itself on the power supply instead of rolling freely on the spool holder. this ring decreases the inner diameter of the spool so that it can spin freely on the spool holder.
