CR-10S Spool Frame Mount with M4 Fixing

This is a minor modification of Zeigbo's spool holder.

This adds counterbored holes for M4 bolts with caps, and widens the slot to accommodate my OEM spool holder being slightly thicker (1.7mm rather than 1.6mm).

I've also increased the overall thickness slightly to make sure there's still sufficient strength to hold the heavier bracket..

As with the original, support is needed, just make sure to completely clear it from the slot with a sharp knife.
