BlTouch mount Anycubic 4Max - original fan

BlTouch sensor mount, which fits on original 40x40x20 fan previously designed by balek. I have changed the following settings in Marlins firmware, which can be found in Download section (search for BlTouch). Be aware I did some other changes too (for example: I changed the motor directions and steps):

Update: Added another mount which is 3mm shorter than the original one.
