Anycubic I3 Mega remixed improved Hotend Fanbox for bltouch

It's a remix from renbas "Anycubic I3 Mega Improved Hotend Fanbox" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2919245/remixes) and ronnies Anycubic I3 Mega Remixed Fanbox for BLTouch (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025361).

I merged the droite and gauche (both side) with the grill (front) to reduce some weight and time for assembling.

I've drilled most of the 3 mm holes to fit the screws.
