fix HOTAS Joystick Thrustmaster WARTHOG

This is a spring fix that replaces the upper metal plate of the Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog Joystick. The tension should be less but it still self-centers. Please let me know if you're having trouble with the assembly.

Update: Added Dust Shield, there's now about 1mm space between part and gimbal
