WH 32mm round base with 18x1.7mm sloth for Metalcast Librarian

This model Is a round base of 32+mm wide that ive made in freecad. ive made this model for a Metal cast Librarian wich had a mounting strip of 18x1.7mm wide... so i decided to give it a lil bit bigger base so that you can grab it easyer by the base
