open spout version of Petmate water pipe

This is a revision to my original, editing it to leave the top of the pipe open, in case you have a cat that likes to drink off the top, more than the end of the spout. I printed my remix of this design, and cut it a little shorter after printing to customize height to my elderly kitty.
Hope y'all like the revision, if someone's picky fur-kid didn't like the other faucet style!
