Hotend Fan for Printrbot Simple Metal

This is a Remix of the Printrbot hotend cooling fan for the all metal Ubis hotend.

I was trying to make my printer quieter, so I wanted to get rid of the rattling that the original did against the hotend, as it was just a snap on fit and got looser and looser over time.
