SCS8UU to MGN12H Adapter Plate

I am in the process of converting my Anet E12 from it's horribly flexible Y-axis linear rods to a pair of MGN12 linear rails and I didn't yet want to invest the money in a different Y carriage so I designed this little adapter plate to let me use the factory SCS8UU mounting holes.

I used 4x M3x8mm screws to attach the adapter plate first to the MGN12H block. For the SCS8UU mounting holes I tapped them to M4 and used the factory screws to attach the Y carriage. I sanded my prints top and botto
