Ender-3 PSU fan duct silencer

I remixed and scaled the design for use with the Ender-3's power supply fan.
CAUTION: The power supply has an internal LETAL VOLTAGE. The user is not allowed to open it. TAKE CARE!
I modified the fan holes by cutting a single 57mm diameter hole and placed the fan duct outside using the two standard fan screws (http://bit.ly/2S6QOsQ) to secure the fan and duct to the aluminum plane.
In my room I measured about 6 - 8 dB less noise from the power supply fan.
