I have a Krptonite Avenue R-19 as my go-to rear light for my fixie.
The original mount for the Avenue R-19 was held in place with an elastic band with holes which, over time, started to rip. This mount is meant to be a quick replacement for the original, so don't expect it to be flawless.
Putting the mount on my bike is nerve wrecking, as if it would snap in my hands. Give it some muscle and it will snap on.
