This is a Ball and Stick model of Uric Acid. (The geometry of the molecule is not captured in this model!!) the representation is one that is meant to show the connections between the respective atoms of Carbon(Large spheres), Nitrogen(medium spheres), and Oxygen(Small spheres). The Hydrogen atoms were not included in this rendition.
