Smaller Solidoodle 2 Filament Bushing

This is a smaller (by 1mm^2 in the XY plane) version of the filament bushing to make it fit into the filament hole of the Solidoodle 2 easier.

While printing, the filament kept sliding off the spool and getting tangled. This seems to help prevent it from doing that.
