RAMPS Enclosure w/LCD Mount

This RAMPS case will be for my MPCNC as I wanted a small, simple to print, easy access case that will also keep my LCD nearby due to it having fairly short patch cables. It uses a 4010 fan to cool the drivers, has plenty of access from both sides to allow heat to escape as well as run wires. All that's needed are 2 or 4 M3 x 15mm screws for the hinges, plus M3 x 25mm screws that sandwich the fan between the Lid and the LCD Ball mount.
