Anycubic i3 Mega Spool Holder with bearings (608)

I wanted to have a spool holder with bearings, that can be put on top of my Anycubic i3 Mega and prevents extrusion steps skipping.

I've found Kurioso's spool holder that I've just made, but it was missing the bearing function and spool holders do not run smoothly (sometimes it turns with a creepy noise).

Then I've just seen Mjoaris' filament holder and decided to combine the two.
