Ender 3 MKS Gen L V1.0 Control Box Upper Remix

Update 4/22/2019: V2

A shortlist of the changes I remixed into this Thing + V2 changes.

-Mounting holes are oversized for insertion of brass inlets (~4.5mm for "melt" insertion)
-Thicker tab for mounting to the end of the frame extrusion
-Round vent holes (Inspired by VanKurt, link below)
-Removal of front fan guards to minimize noise and allow for custom fan grills
-Mounting holes or fan
-Removal of stops in fan channel for easier fitting (I am relying on the fan screw mounts)
