Vanilla Marlin 2.0 Configuration files for BLTouch Smart 3.0 on Ender 3

Based on my participation in the discussions regarding Marlin Firmware issue [13345](https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/13345), I have had numerous requests to post my configuration files so that others can get their Ender 3's with BLTouch Smart 3.0's up and running. These configuration files are tested working with Marlin 2.0 bugfix build, as of 3/16/19. I cannot guarantee that this will work with any other build, but it should.
