Ender 3 fan grill grill grille hero me noctua

I wanted a fan grill for my next hero me install with the quiet 40x20mm noctua fan. From what I can piece to gether, that fan has similar air flow but more static pressure than the stock one, and quieter. Well see. I want to be able to change colors easily if I want.

This little fella slips right over it and is held on with friction
