Offset Spool Holder for Maker Select 3D

This part allows allows Maker Select 3D users to mount the filament spool slightly forward of the top gantry. This prevents filament from rubbing on the gantry when printing really tall objects or when the spool is running low.

This will bolt into the existing bolt holes on the top gantry but will require two M4 screws that are slightly longer than stock.

Note that this mod will cause some torsion to the upper gantry. I have not noticed any ill effects from this but a future complimentar
