semi direct extruder with j-struder works with stock ender3 and other creality printers

semi direct drive for ender 3/creality printers or lets say short ptfe tube.

let me know if needs fixing.

been using it now for a couple of months having no problem.

i just bought 1x M3 nut in a local hardware for the extruder.
