HAT POV switches for HOTAS joysticks and throttles. They are compatible with Thrustmaster's ones so they could be used as direct replacement if required.
They will need some sanding to make it right as proper working depends on sub 0.1mm precision and it can take few tries to make it right. It should also be possible to print parts couple of percent smaller / bigger in certain directions if needed.
