Monoprice Mini Select V1 E3D V6 Adapter

After testing the THING from which I remixed, I found the size too big and the offset more than I wanted. While this remix doesn't get zero offset, it does move about 5 mm closer and gets the print head away from the front left plate adjustment screw. Not perfect, but acceptable for me.
